Online Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga gives you a chance to replenish and connect with yourself and your baby. We will use meditation, yoga and breathing exercises to bring conscious awareness to the rhythmic changes at work in the physical body, building strength and endurance to prepare for childbirth while you also connect with yourself emotionally acknowledging the transformation that is taking place. Pregnancy yoga is about giving you the capacity to trust that your breath and your body will enable you to meet with an open heart whatever birth experiences you encounter.

This class is suitable for all pregnant women whether you are an experienced practitioner or completely new to this practice.
