Certain poses, like downward dog, warrior poses, cobra, and forward folds, are very common in most yoga classes, and with good reason! They form the foundation of the asana practice and get your body ready for more advanced poses, whether in the same practice or later on in your yoga journey. Getting these poses ‘right’ by understanding their purpose and the key actions in your body, is like creating a solid foundation before you build a house.

In this 1-hour Masterclass Suze will break down some of these poses for you and offer you the steps to create new awareness in, and understanding of them. This will help you get the most out of your practice and keep your body safe and strong while you do so.
