BREATH WORK (Rein Sarink)
The breath is the tool that unites body with the mind.
When Rein is teaching, he will introduce you to the Wim Hof Method, called ‘controlled hyperventilation or power breathing’, to release your inner fire. Deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations will be followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for a certain amount of time: you will be amazed about the effects, and how long you are actually capable of holding your breath!
These exercises of the Wim Hof Method are proven to have health benefits, both for the body and the mind, by influencing your nervous system and changing various physiological responses. It will lead to more resilience towards everyday stress, mentally and physiology and feeling more in control. Next to that, this deep and powerful breathing can get you in very spiritual state of mind, by giving access to those parts in your brain where you can find DMT, your own ‘homemade’ spiritual access point.
SOUND (Laura Lotti)
Laura Lotti is harpist is recognizable by her adventurous and intuitive sounds that lead to surprising sounds. By playing meditative music she explores the calming effects of the harp. At her sessions, it is about inner peace. She improvises from her own existing compositions, where a diverse spectrum of spheres will cross your ears.

Sound as a medicine has been used in many cultures since the beginning of time. In this session Irem shares her modern sonic tools of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls that work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit.

In this ceremony we set an intention for our self and our surroundings. A beautiful vessel of water stands in the middle of the room; the focus for our meditations and intentions. Fill it up with Love & Gratitude.
We dive in a blissful Sound bath empowered by elemental forces. Healing occurs inside us. A space opens up for our focus today; the element water.
We honour the water with beautiful music and we end with a powerful water blessing mantra.

Piano Dreams ๑ An Evening Of Improvisational Music
Reflective music is an evening of improvisational music using the piano and live electronic effects.
It's an invitation to take a moment together, take a pause from everything and be with yourself. You can sleep, meditate, listen, cuddle, write, draw, and let the moment guide you through your own reflections and what you need. Marko's improvisational language is inspired by minimal music and uses repetitive patterns and tonal colors that aim to hold space for connection and presence.

Originally from Venezuela, Marko studied classical piano before getting in touch with the world of improvisation and live electronics. After studies at the Conservatorium in Amsterdam, he's been working as an interdisciplinary artist alternating between composing and performing. Next to his artistic work, he has been exploring and developing his improvisational language which has inevitably proven to be linked to meditativeness.He's currently based in Amsterdam.

The harp is an ancient instrument, having been around since as early as 2500 B.C., that continues to be a major force in the modern-day musical world.
Studies have shown that the harp, its sounds and vibrations, help to lower blood pressure, reduce heart rates, anxiety and pain levels, and bring a sense of calm, inner peace and emotional balance to listeners.
Harp and singing bowls are a beautiful sound healing combination.
Buddhist singing bowls have been linked to the very first teachings of Buddha as a means of i.a. teaching and healing.
When sound travels, our bodies respond to the frequency of the vibration the sound emits. This vibration coming from sound can be extremely beneficial in the physical and mental healing of our bodies. In this journey, we are combining healing sounds and the healing power of Hatha and meditation. The facilitators will guide you through this journey with nice sounds followed by a meditation. HANDPAN
The handpan has been designed after years of research into percussion instruments. There are a number of notes and tone fields around the surface giving rise to different quality sounds. The sound produced with a handpan is very warm and softer than all other percussion instruments. Due to the richness of the sound produced, it has a healing effect upon the mind and the body.

Zen Immersion ๑ Deep Relaxation & Live Music
Start every first Wednesday of the month with our Zen Immersion. A combination of Deep Relaxation with a beautiful musical experience. Each month we'll have a different focus and sound.
Allow yourself to be carried away by soothing vibrations while being fully held and supported by props. To actively rest, so that the body can reach that self-healing state again. That is the goal here. Unwinding from that busy city life, through relaxation. Creating that physical and mental balance, to lower our stress levels.
In each class we will set the intention, to slow down and open up the body and the mind. Surrendering to the moment, allowing the body to release, while the mind will be guided into silence.

Piano Dreams ๑ An Evening Of Improvisational Music
Reflective music is an evening of improvisational music using the piano and live electronic effects.
It's an invitation to take a moment together, take a pause from everything and be with yourself. You can sleep, meditate, listen, cuddle, write, draw, and let the moment guide you through your own reflections and what you need. Marko's improvisational language is inspired by minimal music and uses repetitive patterns and tonal colors that aim to hold space for connection and presence.

Originally from Venezuela, Marko studied classical piano before getting in touch with the world of improvisation and live electronics. After studies at the Conservatorium in Amsterdam, he's been working as an interdisciplinary artist alternating between composing and performing. Next to his artistic work, he has been exploring and developing his improvisational language which has inevitably proven to be linked to meditativeness.He's currently based in Amsterdam.

Restorative Sound Ceremony ๑ An Evening Of Healing
When you are looking for an evening of healing in the most relaxing way, come join our Restorative Sound Ceremony: A live musical journey inwards, where we combine restorative yoga and deep relaxation meditation together with other healing elements. Every fourth Thursday of the month, for two whole hours we will deeply travel inwards guided by our own sound magician Silvia and our slow talking yogi Marjolein.
Allow yourself to be carried away by the healing vibrations of Silvia’s magical instruments and enchanting voice while being fully held and supported by props. To actively rest, so that the body can release and reach that self-healing state again. At the same time Marjolein’s storytelling will help you to unwind from that busy city life, to guide the mind into silence and lower those stress levels.
By combining all these elements, a magical journey comes together, where you get to create that physical and mental balance, without hardly doing anything. All the doing is done for you, so you get to enjoy that moment, of truly being.
In each journey we will set the intention together to slow down. For in this busy world, slowing down is often the medicine we need. In a way, these Restorative Sounds Ceremonies are a celebration of slowness. Of stillness. For when we slow down, when we become still: then we truly find ourselves.
Next to that, we end every journey with a moment of sharing, for especially in these dividing times we believe in coming together and sharing. For often when we share, we realize how similar we actually are.

Piano Dreams ๑ An Evening Of Improvisational Music
Reflective music is an evening of improvisational music using the piano and live electronic effects.
It's an invitation to take a moment together, take a pause from everything and be with yourself. You can sleep, meditate, listen, cuddle, write, draw, and let the moment guide you through your own reflections and what you need. Marko's improvisational language is inspired by minimal music and uses repetitive patterns and tonal colors that aim to hold space for connection and presence.
MARKO IVIC
Originally from Venezuela, Marko studied classical piano before getting in touch with the world of improvisation and live electronics. After studies at the Conservatorium in Amsterdam, he's been working as an interdisciplinary artist alternating between composing and performing. Next to his artistic work, he has been exploring and developing his improvisational language which has inevitably proven to be linked to meditativeness.He's currently based in Amsterdam.

Yang, Yin & Sound Bath ๑ Peace For Body, Mind & Soul
This Yang/Yin Journey focuses on strengthening (Yang) and relaxing (Yin). During the first half of the journey you'll build physical strength and endurance through a flow, and during the second half you'll find stillness in yin postures where muscles are relaxed so that the connective tissue in the body is stimulated.

Handpan Healing Journey ๑ Release Stress and Tension
In this journey, we are combining healing sounds and the healing power of Hatha and meditation. The facilitators will guide you through this journey with nice sounds followed by a meditation. Their goal is to let you leave this journey without any tensions or stress, and with a big smile on your face!
HANDPAN
The handpan has been designed after years of research into percussion instruments. There are a number of notes and tone fields around the surface giving rise to different quality sounds. The sound produced with a handpan is very warm and softer than all other percussion instruments. Due to the richness of the sound produced, it has a healing effect upon the mind and the body.

Zen Immersion ๑ Deep Relaxation & Live Music
Start every first Wednesday of the month with our Zen Immersion. A combination of Deep Relaxation with a beautiful musical experience. Each month we'll have a different focus and sound.
Allow yourself to be carried away by soothing vibrations while being fully held and supported by props. To actively rest, so that the body can reach that self-healing state again. That is the goal here. Unwinding from that busy city life, through relaxation. Creating that physical and mental balance, to lower our stress levels.
In each class we will set the intention, to slow down and open up the body and the mind. Surrendering to the moment, allowing the body to release, while the mind will be guided into silence.
So get completely comfortable and after 75 minutes, you will feel fully nourished and relaxed. Completely Zen!

Vision Quest with Live Harp ๑ Breath Work, Deep Relax Meditation & Harp
On the quest we call life we tend to build up layers.
Through Breath Work & Deep Relax Meditation guided by the healing sounds of the Harp, you will get to access higher realms of awareness, experience a state of ecstasy while clearing out mental, emotional and physical blockages. Afterwards, there is a big chance you feel rejuvenated, often with a new sense of purpose, clarity, new intentions and a new-found connection to your life purpose.
BREATHWORK
We will start each session with the specific breathing exercises of the Wim Hof Method, called ‘controlled hyperventilation or power breathing’, to release your inner fire. Deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations will be followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for a certain amount of time: you will be amazed about the effects, and how long you are actually capable of holding your breath!
These exercises of the Wim Hof Method are proven to have health benefits, both for the body and the mind, by influencing your nervous system and changing various physiological responses. It will lead to more resilience towards everyday stress, mentally and physiology and feeling more in control. Next to that, this deep and powerful breathing can get you in very spiritual state of mind, by giving access to those parts in your brain where you can find DMT, your own ‘homemade’ spiritual access point.
DEEP RELAX MEDITATION
After the powerful Wim Hof breathing exercise, we will slowly blend into the softer part of the session, the Deep Relaxation Meditation, to elevate and deepen your experience.
Join us into a deep and meditative journey, floating between that sleep and the awake state. The journey will take you through all of your layers, to reach your inner truth. Meditation is known for it’s restoring powers. It will help you restore, relax, de-stress, increase your awareness, change bad habits, and eventually understand your true calling and higher purpose. It is an amazing tool to fuse your consciousness with your powerful subconscious and through that, change your life.
GUIDED BY LIVE HARP
The harp is an ancient instrument, having been around since as early as 2500 B.C., that continues to be a major force in the modern-day musical world.
Studies have shown that the harp, its sounds and vibrations, help to lower blood pressure, reduce heart rates, anxiety and pain levels, and bring a sense of calm, inner peace and emotional balance to listeners.
Combined, we believe that these sessions will give you an experience that you will remember for a long time!
ABOUT REIN
The awareness of breath changed Rein’s life at the age of 35. Rein has been asthmatic for a great deal of his life and knows what it is to be not able to breath at one’s full capacity. Then, Rein Sarink came into contact with a practitioner of the Butyko breathing technique. This breathing technique helped him overcome his asthma.
It was very clear when Rein first came into contact with the Wim Hof Method, the breathing technique was very special. So, simple and yet very effective. It brings you right into your physiology and within a few minutes you can feel the enormous impact breathing can have. This breathing technique does not only influence you on your O2 and Co2 level but it also affects your hormonal system, the autonomic nerve system, and the cardiovascular system. As it also has a positive effect on your state of mind—it is a full mind over body experience. Now, as a teacher of the Wim Hof Method, Rein is so excited to teach this powerful method to others and let people feel the impact it can have.

ABOUT MARJOLEIN
From a young age, Marjolein Vos always had the strong urge to help others, which led into studying Psychology at the UvA. After her Masters degree, she found herself in an inner struggle. Her studies gave her a lot, but had trained her to be all about the mind, without considering the body. And topics like self love or the soul weren’t even mentioned. That struggle, together with her own spiritual awaking, led to a Burnout.
In that period of darkness, Marjolein discovered Yoga Nidra and Deep Relaxation Meditation and she was instantly hooked! After the first session, she walked out of the studio with new energy, new ideas and a new perspective. Amazed by that powerful change inside her and triggered by her Psychology background, she wanted to know more. More Yoga Nidra sessions followed and through these, she was able to turn that dark period into light.
During her teacher training at the House of Deep Relax she discovered her new passion. Her purpose in life became clear, knowing now how to help others: by using her voice. Every week, she lets herself be inspired by the moment and shares her own stories and lessons, coming straight from the heart.

Laura Lotti is harpist is recognizable by her adventurous and intuitive sounds that lead to surprising sounds. By playing meditative music she explores the calming effects of the harp. At her sessions, it is about inner peace. She improvises from her own existing compositions, where a diverse spectrum of spheres will cross your ears.
