A journey to get into our body by the hand of a yin yoga sequence designed in correlation to the available energy of the moment’s new moon. Recognizing the potential in opening up to a new cycle in something precious to us. The calmness that we look for in the yin yoga experience holds time and space for our soul to express through the depths of our energetic, emotional and physical bodies. By resting the mind we can feel and connect to our intuition, and the messages will pop up with more clarity in it. While being with others we create a stronger impulse to go for what we want and facilitate a clear intention to work through the new moon cycle.

Healing Frequencies ๑ Sound Alchemy

Sound as a medicine has been used in many cultures since the beginning of time. In this session Irem shares her modern sonic tools of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls that work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit.

Each session will be unique with a special theme, you can expect intention setting, gentle stretching and a guided meditation journey with sound.

Handpan Healing Journey ๑ Release Stress and Tension

In this journey, we are combining healing sounds and the healing power of Hatha and meditation. The facilitators will guide you through this journey with nice sounds followed by a meditation. Their goal is to let you leave this journey without any tensions or stress, and with a big smile on your face!

HANDPAN
The handpan has been designed after years of research into percussion instruments. There are a number of notes and tone fields around the surface giving rise to different quality sounds. The sound produced with a handpan is very warm and softer than all other percussion instruments. Due to the richness of the sound produced, it has a healing effect upon the mind and the body.

Zen Immersion ๑ Deep Relaxation & Live Music

Start every first Wednesday of the month with our Zen Immersion. A combination of Deep Relaxation with a beautiful musical experience. Each month we'll have a different focus and sound.

Allow yourself to be carried away by soothing vibrations while being fully held and supported by props. To actively rest, so that the body can reach that self-healing state again. That is the goal here. Unwinding from that busy city life, through relaxation. Creating that physical and mental balance, to lower our stress levels.

In each class we will set the intention, to slow down and open up the body and the mind. Surrendering to the moment, allowing the body to release, while the mind will be guided into silence.

So get completely comfortable and after 75 minutes, you will feel fully nourished and relaxed. Completely Zen!

Yang, Yin & Sound Bath ๑ Peace For Body, Mind & Soul

This Yang/Yin Journey focuses on strengthening (Yang) and relaxing (Yin). During the first half of the journey you'll build physical strength and endurance through a flow, and during the second half you'll find stillness in yin postures where muscles are relaxed so that the connective tissue in the body is stimulated.

This journey ends with a very special Savasana where Irem will play her Crystal Alchemy Bowls. Enjoy the healing sound frequencies washing over you, feel an exquisite sense of balance and harmony, bringing peace to your body, mind and soul.

Morning Activation @ MindSpace Dam

Esmee will guide you through a moving meditation.

You will be working with your bandhas (energy locks) to keep you centered, working with your breath to keep you in the present moment and working with the power of the poses to take a journey inside yourself.

In this practice you will visit and explore every corner of your body. Opening up the physical body so that your prana, chi or life-force can flow freely. After class you will leave energized, playful and with an open mind.

๑ AROMA YIN/YANG
with Ciska

Yin and Yang are Taoist concepts. When applied in yoga, Yin is more internal, passive, and cooling, focusing on the joints and connective tissues in the body.
Yang is more external, active, and warming, focusing on the muscles and blood circulation. Together, a balance of Yin Yang practice helps us flow in stillness and to be aware of movement.

This is also an aromatherapy-infused class. A carefully selected blend of essential oils is used for better breathing and deep relaxation. Ciska will guide you through a fine yoga practice, combining elements of Yin, the 12-meridians and acupressure points from the Traditional Chinese Medicine; and Hatha, slow Vinyasa Flow from the Indian Mysore tradition.

Healing Frequencies ๑ Sound Alchemy

Sound as a medicine has been used in many cultures since the beginning of time. In this session Irem shares her modern sonic tools of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls that work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit.

Each session will be unique with a special theme, you can expect intention setting, gentle stretching and a guided meditation journey with sound.
To enhance your experience you can bring an eye-mask, a pillow, a towel/mat and a cozy blanket. And you're more than welcome to bring along your favorite crystals, sacred objects for this sacred healing session. Lie back, relax, and experience a new level of serenity as you embark on a Sound Meditation Journey. Before long, you'll find yourself floating in a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melts away.

These Crystal Alchemy Bowls are made of the highest quality (99.99% pure) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. Each of the bowls is a unique piece of art infused with different crystals, earth substances, jem stones, precious metals and minerals.
