Sacred Cacao Ceremony @ ADAM TOWER ๑ White Horse Medicine
So excited to host our sacred cacao ceremony again at the amazing Sir Adam at ADAM Tower!
For this ceremony White Horse Spirit has come forward to journey with us. For the past weeks we’ve been receiving visions of the White Horse, guiding us into the new chapter of 2024.
White Horse is a master of knowledge, strength and faith. They are the teacher of spiritual progress and are adept in the fields of intellectualism and reason. Moreover, this spirit animal has command of their emotions and manifests perfect justice. Also, this animal signifies the coming of a spiritual lesson or teacher into your life.
The Horse symbolizes freedom. People connecting with this spirit animal will consistently find themselves on a new journey. The White Horse will teach you to ride in new directions and discover your power and liberty.
A ceremonial journey where we allow ourselves to sit still, to reconnect to the wisdom of our Heart and create an opening to work with our Higher Self and Spirit is powerful. It’s more than just taking a moment to unwind, it’s about being more connected to our higher purpose during our journey here on Earth.
To sink from the head to the heart we use raw cacao, a natural plant medicine has been used for thousands of years in the Mayan culture of South America for medicinal, spiritual and ceremonial purposes. Cacao is a true heart opener, a soft and gentle medicine that makes us happier and helps creativity reaching peak states.
This 2 hour in-depth ceremony will be supported by a custom designed meditation, curated musical journey, supportive sharing circle and deep energetic healing.

THE CEREMONY
Since ancient times cacao has been used for thousands of years in the Mayan culture of South America for medicinal, spiritual and ceremonial purposes. Cacao has been shown to boost the immune system and lower cholesterol and blood pressure as well as leading to a deeper spiritual connection. In Mayan tradition, the word cacao is literally translated as “heart blood“, emphasizing the importance the plant possesses in their culture. Cacao is a true heart opener, a soft and gentle medicine that will guide you to the door, but it's up to you if you want to open it or not. Cacao also increases the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain as well as induces the release of endorphins and dopamine, our feel-good hormones. As a result, we are happier and our creativity is reaching peak states.
As the cacao brings us back to our natural state of feeling, we sink with our head into our heart and connect ourselves intuitively with the cycles of nature and our purpose here on Earth.
OUR CACAO
Our pure, raw cacao comes from Guatemala. The Criollo bean cacao is sourced with the highest active compounds to produce the most mind altering experience possible. It is blessed by cacao shaman Keith and intended to work within ceremony to support in transmuting energy. This cacao does not force you anywhere, but it will act as a partner healing medicine, supporting you in whatever you wish to open, heal or experience. The cacao elixer is completely safe to drink and has no hallucinating effect.
EXTRA INFORMATION
๑ Wear something comfortable and warm. Tip: use layers!
๑ Don't eat too much before the ceremony so there's room for the cacao to do its work. Feel free to bring a small bite like some nuts, to the ceremony in case you need to fill your stomach.
๑ If you are on antidepressants, you can still join the ceremony but not drink more than a few sips of the cacao since cacao and antidepressants do not mix and can have harmful side effects.
๑ Bring a bottle of water or tea. Drink enough water during the ceremony, without proper hydration, headaches can occur.
FACILITATORS
Charon Tolhuisen works with the ancient wisdom of the white witch and goddesses. She empowers others on their journey by tuning in and supporting the space for self healing to unfold. Charon’s meditations are conducted from various meditations techniques and are always very visual. Her training is in Yoga Nidra, so you will probably recognize those practices in her meditations. She likes to take you on a beautiful journey to sink deeper into the discovery of the Self.
Elizabeth Plokker
works in the background as a modern day shamanic healer and energetic architect. Born with a spiritual toolbox of claircognizance, clairsentience and clairvoyance her world opened to paranormal experiences at a very young age. She speaks ancient spiritual languages which enables her to transfer the source of darkness into light.

» The door will be open 20 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 2 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat.
» Wear comfortable clothing. Tip: use layered clothing + warm socks.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
