Relax and Breathe - A 3 week special


Relax and breathe! Come for the ‘breathing drop-in classes’ with Leonie Plokker to practice basic pranayama techniques and breathing skills. We will practice simple but effective methods to relax the repertory system and open up your breathing capacity for more vitality and mental clarity in daily life. This class is a 3 week special, starting on January the 19th.

Leonie has studied yoga, meditation, breath work and psychology for many years and integrates these elements in different workshops at The Conscious Club and yoga retreats in Portugal.
